Après avoir arpenter un sacré désert en la matière je suis tombé sur le couple :
- Skechup 7 (et non pas 6) : http://sketchup.google.com/intl/en/download/gsu.html
- avec le plugin Waybe qui permet d'éclater le modèle : http://waybe.weebly.com/waybe-demo.html
Ce couple marche aussi sur PC, bien sûr !
Pour l'instant, je teste... et je vous en dirais plus après.

If you have Blender, you can use the plug-in "Unfolder", but you might have to add your tabs.

If you use AutoCAD, you can try the Sheetmetal plugin. It's more for mechanical engineering but hey, it could do the job.

There's a program called Ultimate Papercraft3D which is only for windows but since Pepakura wont make a Mac version any time soon, you might try to bribe them instead.
